Founded in 2019 by Margarette Lung, Mila Effie Tasmania began as a small business crafting handmade home fragrance products with natural ingredients from Tasmania. With a passion for sustainability and quality, Margarette created a range of eco-friendly products that offer unique and delightful fragrance experiences.

Starting in a modest workshop in Longford, Mila Effie Tasmania gained recognition for its beautifully crafted scents. As demand grew, the company expanded, hiring more staff and moving to larger premises. By 2021, over a hundred stockists across Australia carried our products.

Mila Effie Tasmania now offers a variety of organic and natural products, including Australian Certified Organic teas, natural body products, and pure essential oils. Our organic teas feature handcrafted blends made with top-quality ingredients, providing a delicious tea experience. The natural body products, such as soaps, hand wash, and hand cream, are designed to nourish and hydrate the skin, leaving it soft and rejuvenated.

We source our pure essential oils from various Tasmanian plants, including lavender, kunzea, and peppermint, ensuring the highest quality and purity while supporting local farmers and communities. Mila Effie Tasmania remains committed to using the finest natural ingredients and creating products that are not only fragrant but also visually appealing.

Margarette Lung, the visionary entrepreneur behind Mila Effie Tasmania, embarked on her remarkable journey from Hong Kong to Tasmania with a steadfast determination to make her mark in the world. After completing her Master's degree in Accounting, Margarette was inspired by the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019 to launch Mila Effie Tasmania. Embodying resilience and innovation, Margarette has passionately nurtured her brand, showcasing Tasmania's unique offerings and rich heritage while empowering the local community. Today, her dedication has brought Mila Effie Tasmania to the forefront, reflecting her unwavering commitment to excellence and her love for home.
